I was in the kitchen making myself some ramen for lunch when a fantastic RikuSora idea hit me for the holidays.
I've just finished the prolouge, and am about to start on Chapter one. It's still untitled for now, but I'm sure it'll have some cute festive name, haha.
I also figured to get into the spirit I should write a KagomexSesshomaru, which I'll start on once I've finished this story.
Because I don't have a clearcut idea for that one just yet.
I'm excited.
And to get in the mood, all you Snarry fans, go read Mistletoe by Foreverthensome [i believe that is the author, I'll have to go double check]

Hard drive crashed. Lost all my stories. Good thing I backed my stuff up a couple months ago.
Bad thing I hadn't recently. And That's when I had been writing all my good stuff.

On the up side, at least I didn't lose TOO much. I think I had sent my most recent stuff to my beta/bestfriend.
So when she gets back from vacation I'm gonna have to bug her to email me that stuff back. *sigh*

Yay it's summer! I have been working little by little on all my projects.
But, of course, a new idea has taken over. :] It's a SesshomaruxKagome [yay!] and hopefully it shouldn't be toooo overly long.
I have already completed the first chapter and am working on the second one as we speak. I had wanted to mess around in japanese mythology, and since I had a book with mythology from all around the world I began my reasearch.
And let's just say, I think I have one of the most original ideas I have ever come across.
I think it will be amazing.
:] I encourage everyone to look into Amaterasu, Susano, and Tsuki-yomi, since they will be large parts of the story.
As will Jigoku.
I don't want to give all of it away, but just know that I will be much unlike anything you've ever read before.

YAY.
Okay, so I admit, there has been little headway on Bringing Honor [sorry sorry!] But I've been working on two other ideas I've had running about in my head for a while.

Both KougaxKagome [again, my apologies]
One I've actually had in my notebook since... 'o5 or earlier I would guess. It's about Kouga working on a ranch, and Kagome is a diva who is almost killed in an assassination attempt. Her manager sends her to Kouga's ranch to lay low until they catch the would-be assassin. Of course, it's a huge turn around for Kagome [who will transcend from diva to the Kagome we all know and love] and of course romance. :]
And then, for anyone who might have seen Date With an Angel, it's based entirely off of that. :] For those who haven't, go watch it. It's old, but amazing. <3
To top it off I've been working on and off on 100 themed drabbles of the RikuxSora variety and a few of them are turning out quite nicely. :] Today I just worked on one with inspiration and a little guidance from the lovely Katraa, and have just posted it.
Heehee.
So yay, progress!

The need to write is unbearable.
So, you will be delighted to find that I have just meticulously gone through all seven chapters of Bringing Honor that I have posted and made notes.
Combined with what I already have, I should now be able to successfully plot out a vague outline of what I want to occur and in what order.
I'm excitedd.
Don't know when I'll be done with this next chapter, but at least I'm finally making headway! Hopefully I'll have something to post soon.

I'm an awful person. D: I keep sitting down with the full and total intention of writing something, anything, and I get distracted or frustrated. GAH.
I feel so bad for not updating for over a YEAR.
What's wrong with me?! Dx
On the up side, I've been plotting out this ChobitsxKingdom Hearts crossover. It's going to be freaking amazing. O: I'm not even sure that I want it up as a fanfiction, because it would make for a very very very good book. :] Or couple of books.
I will type it up, and possibly start posting it but I don't promise that it'll stay up for the entire story. I'm also terrified of people trying to steal it and claim it as their own. After I've worked soooo hard, I'd be beyond upset. :/
On another up side, similar but verrrry different to my KHxChobits crossover I've also started plotting a InuyashaxChobits crossover. :] I think they're both very awesome in their own ways, and I really need to sit down and flesh out the Inuyasha one more. But they've both got some serious potential.
And that's what I've been doing today. :3 I reaaaally want to update SOMETHING. I think I might just offically put BH on hiatus soon if I don't type up something soon. :/ And I really don't want to, but maybe a break from Inuyasha or just BH in general is needed.
Rest assured, I don't EVER plan on abandoning it like WIRY?. Promise. :] It's too good to let go.

Don't hate me but..
MycomputerdiedandIlosteverything. Dx! I had been sooooo close, and now chapter 8 is gone.
I'll rewrite it eventually, but for now I just feel like moping.
Don't worry, I'll never abandon Bringing Honor.
But look out for some random drabbles until I actually write that chapter. <_< All this not-writing is killing me.

All right. Chapter 6 has been posted since I got it back from Yukina-chan (and I doubt I'd get it back from Raye-chan any time soon)... So all I have to do now, is get to work on chapter 8 [and hopefully finish before I leave] and then post chapter 7 sometime after I get back from Kansas City.
Blah. Although, perhaps I can do a bit of brainstorming with Raye-chan when I go over to her house later. :] Maybe I'll get randomly inspired! That'd be great... But thats about all for now.

Yay! I finally have my betas back! :] Hopefully I'll get my chapter proofed and post it before I leave for Kansas city on Saturday. ;__; Don't worry, as soon as I get back, the next chapter will be posted!
Annnnd! In other news, I've just finished my first fan art. <3 For Tales Under the House of the Moon which I'm sure everyone has heard of. I dunno, I had to draw it, so hopefully I'll find a scanner and get it to not only the lovely Resmiranda, but you know.. for whatever.

Yay! Chapter 7 is finally done. I'll get to working on chapter 8 soon... maybe. xD
But, I've been working so hard... and my lovely betas can't beta it. One is lacking her computer and waiting for it to return from the repair-place, and the other is here in Texas on vacation. xP Oh my. Oh well.
And with that said, I've been working on and off on those RikuxSora drabbles... I've decided I'm going to post them in sets of 10 and then the epilogue-like thing or "bonus" 5 will be posted. Pretty simple, teehee. [there are going to be a total of 55 drabbles]
nyaaaaaa. Imma be leaving for Kansas City sometime in the future, and hopefully I'll update like, twice before then.... But I don't know, because I won't be able to work on the chapters while I'm gone. o_O Ehh, the fates are against me on this one.

Heheheh. Come on now, with that kind of... entire game, you can't honestly tell me you don't suspect something. If you have problems with yaoi you have two choices.
1) Get over yourself (the preferred choice)
2) Just pretend Sora is a freaking girl. He looks enough like one.

I'm slowly working on chapter 7. What can I say? I'm a procrastinator.

Hm, third day in a row... don't get used to it. xD
No, I just wanted to mention that I finished typing up BH- chapter 6 last night (16 pages on microsoft word :D), and have started on chapter 7. Hopefully I'll get done with that today (although it's not very likely) and I'll be ahead again. Then chapter 8!
My goal is to try and finish this story on the one-year mark of it's making. January 19th. If I can do that (or even sooner, but that would really be pushing it...)
And while I want try it out, I can't say for sure how well it will work with next year's marching band season swiftly approaching. We'll be flying to compete BOA Grand Nationals, up in Indianapolis. :] I'm really excited about that, actually. But it'll greatly interfere with my writing...
Yes, I'm a band nerd. What are you going to do about it? [clarinets so pwn you]

Told you I would be back today. And while I'm at it, I'm changing the layout too. xD Why? Well, I despise pink. Why was the layout pink then you ask? The font turned a purdy blue when highlighted. o__o;;; Yeah. All right then.
I've been working on My Queen, this one-shot RikuxSora fluff... and well, it's pretty odd. It doesn't even make much sense. xD But well... FLUFF! :] (as if that will somehow make up for it)
I have so many ideas that I love, and I really want to write... but I never actually get around to writing them. And with my multitasking skills horribly lacking, I would have difficulty writing chapters for more than one story. >_<; Notgoodnotgoodnotgood.
Especially because Bringing Honor seems to demand many chapters. Like 20-30. o_o Possibly more, if I give it the chance... So I'll never finish it, and I'll never have any other stories! AGH!
Some of the stories that I really want to write (tenative titles):
In her footsteps:
An SessKag fic. Kagome is three years younger than her sister Kikyou. Kikyou is perfect. She is not. With disappointed looks following her everywhere, Kagome has had enough of this "perfection" thing. But then perfection himself is assigned as her tutor, how will she survive? And... whats with Kouga and Hojo? [Sess will be five years older than Kagome...]
Born to be.. what?:
KagKoug. Kagome is a famous model, loved and adored by all... or so it was thought. After a temper tantrum Kagome storms off only to have someone attempt to murder her. Everyone decides that a "vacation" in a small unknown town will be perfect until the one behind it is caught. While she's there though, she didn't expect to fall for the small-town-country-boy that didn't give a rat's ass who she was.
Abduction:
AU. SessKag (most likely). Kagome Higurashi, skilled pilot of the moon base is out on a routine flying mission to reafirm everything to be in perfect working order, when suddenly she finds her vessel under assault. After falling unconcious she awakes to find herself in the most unpredicted situation possible.
Opposites Attract:
AU RikuSora. Sora, the newest object of the Vampire Riku's obsession and affection will soon learn not only what it is to be a truely damned creature, but everything that comes with it. Including not only the unbelievable responsability but what it means to be truely loved as well. Inspired by Ann Rice's Vampire Chronicles book 1.
Conflicted:
AU SessKag. Kagome Higurashi, or really Kikyou Sakai, was in a terrible accident and can't remember anything about herself... but sometimes the knowledge isn't worth the pain.
A home away from home:
AU Band is like one HUGE family. Well, this family just gained some insane new siblings...
Tainted:
AU InuKag. All Kagome wanted was a normal life. A better life. And well, now she's stuck fighing against the deranged leader of the Darkness. Lovely.
Unexpected:
AU SessKag. In a new town, Kagome Higurashi was doing quite well. Until her boyfriend broke up with her, and she ended up passing out on a stranger. Waking up in a strange house owned by a frigid man, wasn't planned... and neither was having to remain there due to her poor immune system and said frigid man's sense on honor.
My Happily Ever After:
AU Sequel to Unexpected. SessKag. They divorced 7-8 years ago, each taking with them a child. Kagome had started her new life in the US and everything was going fine... until fate pulled her back into the arms of her former husband. Perhaps this time they'll get their "happy ever after".
In an Instant:
AU SessKag. Kagome's father died in a war, leaving her mother to do the best she could for her family. Perhaps one day Kagome would have married a local farmer and lead a normal life, but her fate changed the day her cousin Kikyou came to visit. Devious plotting by the wealthy Inutaisho will finally get his sons married off, like it or not... and he was never really one to care for social status anyways.

AU SessKag. Meet Kagome, an innocent bystander. Meet the infamous pirate Sesshomaru. Meet Inuyasha, who is currently courting Kagome. And Kikyou. Throw in one hell of a twisted plot and you get... well, this story of ocean adventures, ill concieved ideas, and overall oddity.
The end. xD No, I have not yet decided on a name for the last one, therefore it is blank. I am clever, no?

I admit, I'm doing it again. I need to quit forgetting about this thing.
Chapter 5 for Bringing Honor has been posted, and I'm working on chapter 6. Usually I like to stay one chapter ahead, but I've been having a most dreadful time with a random bout of Writer's Block... -sigh- What can you do?
And who would have figured that reading lots of fanfiction actually helps motivate me? Hn... no one, including myself, will ever know how this mind of mine works.
I've had a really cute idea for another KagSess story. I'll be placed in the 1800s in England... Sess gets to be a pirate. :D I seem to have a fettish for those... And well, I think it shouldn't be longer than 10 chapters if I make them all horribly long. YAY. Fluff galore!
I've also noticed, I have so many ideas for stories, and I never do more than write them in that composition book of mine. 28 or so ideas in there, most with fun details included. I better start learning how to multitask... xD
And well, that is all for now. I want to keep rambling, but it is late and I need sleep. So, I shall continue this tomorrow since it is currently SUMMER again, and I have nothing better to do. Don't yall just love me? :]

The fourth chapter was posted yesterday, yay. I've just finished writing the fifth chapter (and it's about to be sent to my betas) and I will be starting the sixth chapter soon. It shouldn't be too hard to write since I already have the chapter pretty much planned out. (chapter seven and eight too).
Hopefully my updating will become more regular than this month-or-longer-wait thats been going on. xP It drives me crazy too.
And I love all my reviewers. You rule. It sorta saddens me that BH isn't quite as popular as YAYACSM was, but then it took a while before that one took off too. I need to keep reminding myself that I need to have patience and the reviews will finally start coming in. Plus, BH will have a lot of chapters from what I can tell.. which gives me more of an oppertunity to get reviews! :D

Oops. So I've missed a couple of updates, gomen nasai!
However, Chapter 3 for Bringing Honor was posted today, and Chapter 4 was started. I'm thinking that I've made good progress for not doing a thing for like... months.
I'm also intrested in starting two other stories, however I don't have their titles with me, or any information. I'll be sure to give that to you when I update.

Aww. So YAYACSM is offically done. Posted the Epilogue yesterday, and thank you for all the support my darling reviewers! All of you make this long journey so worth it.
Bringing Honor should be up within about a week. Once more, I'm still working out some kinks, but I believe the first chapter is ready to be posted. Please look out for it!

I don't mean to neglect this! I /swear/! -sob-
Right, so Chapter 24 for YAYACSM is now up... the final chapter. Wow. I've already started on the Epilogue, which will tie up everything left unanswered in the final chapter. Yes, you will be getting your fluff ending, I swear it.
Also, WIRY? has been taken down. I'm just not quite sure where I want it to go at the moment... should I ever put it back up, everyone can expect it to be slightly revised, and set with everything in place.
Bringing Honor IS going to follow You and you alone can save me, and I can't wait to begin. I'm still working out some major kinks and trying to find a way for it to all fit perfectly together (I've never been good with transitions and such), but Raye-chan tells me it's gonna be a hit... I can only hope.
PLUS, should it be a bigger hit than YAYACSM... well I'm sure I would just faint with shock. :D Teehee.
